Selected Writings is made up of examples of different approaches to the production of written texts made since 1994. This includes a conventional essay form used both in reference to reflections on arts practice and to issues associated with Fine Art education. There are also examples of more speculative approaches to writing that are closely connected to studio practices. Other more ‘hybrid’ approaches explore the role of writing within a drawing practice.
